One of the major reasons to imbibe the Love Quotient into any working environment is so that we can have a work environment where it is TGIM (Thank God It’s Monday) and not TGIF (Thank God It’s Friday).
People should feel excited and energized about their work colleagues and the place in which they carry out their work.
That’s when engagement and productivity will be at their highest.
I believe that leadership is not about authority but accountability.
As leaders we will be held accountable for three main areas :
- The relationships in our lives.
- The resources at our disposal.
- The responsibilities given to us.
I want to share some thoughts on how we can build the right relationships as we build our Love Quotient( LQ) .
